Sweetcorn fritters


With weekly cooking activities at kindergarten, the children have developed their food preparation skills, and a great attitude towards trying different and healthy food.

Sweetcorn fritters

4 eggs, beaten, blend with

Chopped parsley, and

1 T cornflour blended with 1 T milk, then

310 g can creamed corn.

Fry small spoonfuls at a time

Serve with sliced celery and carrot sticks.
